30-Day Return Window

We offer a generous 30-day return window for all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We believe that this timeline allows you enough time to thoroughly evaluate the product and make a decision.

Eligibility for Return

Before initiating a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Artworks should be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
  • Apparel and accessories, if included, should be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Easy Return Process

Returning a product at Native Kichwa Arts is a simple and straightforward process. Just follow these easy steps:

  2. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging along with all the accessories and documentation that came with it.
  4. Include the return authorization number on the package and ship it back to us using a reliable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  6. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process using the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for reasons other than the aforementioned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing, inspecting, restocking, and updating the inventory.
